I have a 1968 Camaro with a newer 350 and a powerglide
I would like to know if i was swapping it with a Richmond T10 what are exactly all the parts that im going to need?
Someone also mentioned since the length of the powertrain is going to
change im going to need a custom built drive shaft?!
Thank You for any of your help. I really want a manual in my Camaro! |

| Clutch and brake pedal assembly, clutch pedal lockout switch and associated wiring, Z-bar and its mounts(one on subframe, a ball for engine), clutch pushrod, return and retaining springs, a different console shifter plate (if you have a console),new hole in the floor, and appropriate shifter. Depending on the length of your transmission tailshaft, and splines per shaft, you may or may not need a driveshaft. I've done the swap and not needed to alter the shaft at all. Dont forget a new flywheel and clutch assembly if that trans doesnt come with one. |

| I recently read that the T10 shifter is not in the same place as the Hurst, so the floor opening has to be 2 inches further to the left and 2 inches further back. Do a google search on the T10. I saw this recently and the person posting had taken pictures and measurements and added them to his post. |
