G,Day, just trying to find out what info is on the 2 Partial Vin tags on a 68 Camaro, the one stamped on the door frame and the other on the inside dash ? If any one can help, just wanting to make sure the Cowl tag matched the Partial Vin numbers that are stamped on the body ?

There is really no correlation between the body number on the cowl tag and the actual VIN assigned to the car. Since yours was most likely an export model, the partial VINs may be in a different place than domestic, but the partial will start with an 8, for the model year and then either an N for Norwood Ohio or L for Los Angeles factory. The next 7 numbers WILL/SHOULD match the last 7 numbers of the VIN plate on the door post.
