I had just adjusted my valves and went out for a test blast and wound up with a vibration after a 3 gear holeshot. I figured it might be a burned spark plug boot, so I went home and replaced it. Still there... So then I replaced the plugs... Only a bit better. It sounds like its running good, idles well, but when you get up to 35 mph it vibrates like the dickens, and I cant tell if its missing on one cylinder? Or is it the sound the shakin is makin. The ruckous immediatley stops as soon as you let off the gas, coasting or still in gear.
So now I'm thinking of the last time I was on the highway, and how it vibrated a little at 70. Did that pedal mashing screw up the already wobbly driveshaft? Or did a U joint bearing get tweaked one one side, allowing it to go off center under load, but not on decel?
Any ideas?

I figured it out. One of the U-joint bearings took a dump and made it wobble under load, but not on decel.
